Legal and Energy Law Department

The functions of this department are:

• Responsible for legal matters pertaining to the Commission.
• Formulation of Energy Laws.
• Anti-corruption and Transparency Unit (ACTU).
• Carrying out any other assignment as may be directed by the Director General/CEO.
