With reference to our Advertisement in the Federal Tender Journal, the Nation and Leadership Newspapers as well as the ECN Website, of Monday,
June 27, 2022 for Invitation to Tender for the Commission’s 2022 Capital Appropriation, the Energy Commission of Nigeria, after due process is pleased to
invite the under-listed companies that are successful in their Technical Bid to participate in its Financial bid opening scheduled for Wednesday, October 26, 2022
by 10.00am at the Commission’s premises in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
The Commission will ensure that relevant Civil Society Organisations and Professional Bodies are present to observe the exercise in compliance
with section 19 of the PPA, 2007.
