- Construction of the Nuclear Research Reactor building at CERT, Zaria
- Completion of Nuclear Laboratory CERT, Zaria
- Construction of Tandem Accelerator building at CERD, Ile-Ife
- Tandem accelerator laboratory at CERD, Ile-Ife
- Atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS) laboratory
- Construction of the Sokoto Energy Research Centre's Permanent Site (Phase I completed)
- Construction of Biomass Building Project at NCERD, Nsukka
- Fencing and Landscaping of NCERD, Nsukka
- Development of Radio-Chemical Laboratory CERD, Ile-Ife
- Research and Services Laboratory Building CERD, Ile-Ife
- Installation and Commissioning of the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Equipment at CERT, Zaria.
